A look back: 2012

2012 was a busy, crazy, exciting and amazing year for Mike & I. Here's a look back:

January: We got married!!! Then visited Kauai for our honeymoon

February: Celebrated our friend's birthday with ice skating in Sun Valley and dinner and a show in Vegas

March: One of the only two months we didn't leave Utah!

April: Watched my brother Chad graduate from high school! He's now at BYU and I couldn't be happier to have him so close. After finishing my classes in December, I officially graduated from BYU!

May: Quick trip with the Clarke's to my house and LA

June: Another weekend trip to Vegas with Chase & McKenzie and then we traveled all over Southern California, from San Diego, to Laguna Beach before a final stop at my house.

July: Meet up with my family in Vegas for a basketball tournament before a week at Lake Powell. My mom and brother Steele drove back with us to Provo to drop my brother Chad off at BYU.

August: After finishing my internship, BYU hired me to stay on and work with football and men's volleyball.

September: Chad, Shelby, Tryg and I met my mom and Steele halfway for a Labor Day getaway in Vegas.

October: Mike and I went to San Francisco (his very first time!) before enjoying a weekend at the Montage in Park City.

November: My lifelong dream was finally fulfilled - we traveled to London and Paris! We continued our trend of traveling and spent Thanksgiving in Palm Springs with my family.

December: We rounded out the year with our annual trip to Hawaii capped off by Christmas and New Year's at home celebrating Mike's birthday and remembering my aunt Fawn. Also big props to Mike for getting his Real Estate license!

This past year was definitely an adventure and I wouldn't have it any other way! I am so excited to see what 2013 has in store for us. I love new beginnings and a fresh start in accomplishing our goals. While I know it should be like this every day,  I love the new year and the renewed dedication I have to become better.
